I just got exploder and tested it out with a platinum save file for assassins creed R and its 100% but I didn't get any trophys at all. Is this the case for all games?

You don't "instantly" get the trophies the minute you load up a save. You have to still perform tasks and put some effort.

For instance, if there is a trophy that says "kill 100 enemies". If you load up a platinum save, once you kill a single enemy the trophy will pop. Basically, you have to get the game to "trigger" the trophy. So there is a certain level of playing you have to do as well.
