I went through the game on Easy and then at the final chapter, I switch the save. I didn't have many trophies unlocked at the time.. I had all the treasure trophies and the 3 of the weapon trophies. After getting the Hard trophy, I went for trophies like Stealth Attacker and the remaining the trophies.. But I didn't get them. I must've killed over 50 people by melee from the back, but still no trophy. I went for the lowest weapon trophy, 20 kills with the Desert 5, got 25 kills and no trophy.. then I tried using a downloaded save to get the Stealth Attacker trophy but I didn't get it.
Can anyone help me? Is this a side effect of using the downloaded saves or something?
I've already downloaded the patch and I don't receive the medals for the completing the objective either.

Was it a 100% save or what ?
You need to resign it to your PSN ID , than complete one of the trophies or force unlock it for it to work

No, I'm pretty sure it wasn't 100% complete.
And sorry but what do you mean by 'resign' and 'force unlock'? Resign; I'm guessing has to do with syncing the trophies again?
I'm not even getting the in-game medals.. so how would PSN help?
