The update list said that it was installed, and was used to scan for any CFW/MFW that was installed on a Ps3 without the companies permission or at all as a matter of fact. But the thing that i found intreaguing was that it said it primarily only looked for homebrew applications. I don't know if that includes multiman or Comginie's File manager, but what i want to know is: is it still possible to make a CFW without homebrew, just install package files to install file manager to host Cod lobbies like what most people want to do anyways?
