Pretty sure its because you cant just cfw hack all the trophies (wont sync) from what i heard that just doesnt work...

WASTEDFREEDOM is complettely right in this point, you can hack the trophies on CFW but there is a protection, so you you arent able to transfer them to the servers !

Only you'll be able to see them
