There is no 4.11 jailbreak. The closet thing we have is the 4.11 and 4.20 kiosk firmwares that don't do anything.

kiosk fw is from sony for companies they lend ps3s to for retail use to show case their system and there is a reason install packages is on the system one shipping cost and time consuming. O
