the only way is if people ever hack the ps3 again for the patch itself so you have the right File size with the right rsa i think. So yes you can send files to your ps3 but you will get errors cause the file size is different and the keys are different. but you can send OLD patches like mw2 cod4 cause they had the keys for those to turn them back into a PKG file.
