you can downgrade threw using a progskeet or e3 flasher. Theres no jailbreak for 3.56+ also you put your ps3 in dex m,ode which is 100% better than jb/cfw but it can brick your ps3

Actually the downgrade is only possible with E3 flasher or ProgStreet (If you want cfw 3.55). There're some MFWs arount the net but they're quite useless because they allow you to install only sony signed packages (e.g. demos), so no homebrews.
