1) No you can downgrade from something that can flash your nand/nor like progskeet,e3 flasher

2) Yes in rogeros 3.4 he has a built in4.21 spoof but its not needed if your on 4.20

3) No yo you just delete default_mp.self but friends will need to bypass to join your game/part

4) Yes once you have put your patches on your 3.55 you data transfer to your 4.21/4.20
