I was putting a patch on with comgenies i hit copy lagged abit,black screen left it for 5min's.
Started it up got to the menu where it said "corrupt hard drive need to reformat" did not go past %0 reset same thing happens
Tried "restoring file system" Tried every option in the service mode menu getting either "hard drive can't be accessed" or "Serious error occurred" I researched and if the connection between the external hd(or thumb drive) is interrupted while writing to the ps3 HD it will do everything like mine has.
Researched but found no fix's!i know abit about the e3's but this is abit too much
Do i:
Format the hard drive?with what files?and whats the best way to do so?
The hd sits in the e3 station i can plug it into my laptop but then what do i do with it!
Start from scratch and install all the e3 files jailbreak ect?
Or just pay someone who mods playstations internally abit more then me aha!
Any help/advice is greatly appreciated!(i did not in stall the e3 myself which is why i don't have full knowledge about this)
