Watch the video through then read its description theres download links for what you are asposed to need but its confusing.

he's not editing a patch he's changing it by transferring from a 3.55 cfw ps3 to a ps3 on 4.11 or 4.21 now, you need a cfw ps3 to put modded or any type of patches not given by the game server and to edit patches you need a computer
