What does is all this stuff mean?

It means we are close to a 3.60 CFW. And CEX2DEX means you are changing your ps3 from a retail unit to a debug unit.

Just get a 3.55 PS3. That way you can get on DEX and still get back to 3.55 OFW if you have a jailbreak dongle.
