You mean 4.11? And yes you can downgrade with e3 flasher, but no you can't go online with 3.55.

No. You need a flasher to downgrade from that FW.

E3 Flasher is not worth it since you can easily screw up your console if you don't know what your doing. Your best bet is to sell your console on craigslist and buy a 3.55 either off of there or more likely Ebay. I hope I helped. If you have anymore questions don't hesitate to ask .
