Kinda hard to understand your post sorry but i'll try my best so basically your saying your stuck on 4.23 kiosk? since there is no cfw 3.55+ the only way out would be to install a 4.23 ofw but since that isn't even released yet your just gonna have to wait it out. My advice don't bother with these pointless shop firmwares.

i had 4.21 glitchey joey jb downloaded like an idiot but it has a option called automatic update and it was turned on without me knowing and when i came back onto the ps3 it was 4.23 firmware and it started on demo mode which i got out of by putting in the code, but i didnt want the jb and my friend said format the ps3 which deleted everything including my game patches and because the jailbreak has a built in patchblocker i have no game patches meaning i cant play online

yh i aint gonna bother unless i hear it on here you lot are really good at giving advice straight away and you actually know what ur saying, basically what im saying is my cousin has a fat ps3 with the newest ofw and i have a slim 4.23 cfw ps3 and i was wondering can i do the data transfer from my cousins ps3 to myne? and will this do anything bad to my cousins ps3 like delete his data or something? please respond need to know within a hour, thanks
