you just need to jailbreak and run some code for dual boot. look at a cex to dex tutorial for how to dual boot once you have it jailbroken. there are also tutorials for installing the e3 flasher.

From what I know, dual booting requires a little bit of soldering. So no, it's not really easy unless you're good at soldering.
