(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); i got a playstation 3 4.21 the lowest version my ps3 has been on is 3.15-3.21 BUT it never been on 3.55 i updated it straight to 3.60 or 3.7x will a E3 flasher still work if

Yes it will work all it needs is that it has a factory firmware 3.55 or less
