So after spending most of the week no-lifing FNV I am taking a break from trophy hunting and I want to mod MY save. Can anyone show me in the right path in doing this?

What I would like to do:

-Mod the damage of my gun
-Mod my weight
-Mod my caps count
-Mod my skills
-Mod my abilities

Also, I have seen there is also a few save game editors around, but I can only find xBox ones, if there is any PS3 ones that you know of could you please link it?
