1: Buying a almost new 3.55 1.generation ps3 for $400 (I've heard that 1.gen ps3's can be worth up to $2000 new to the right seller, I might be wrong, but they are worth more then other generations.)
2: Waiting 2 weeks and get a slim ps3 for $180 brand new.

What do you guys think I should do? I absolutely have no clue what to do so I'll leave it up to your votes.

I doubt the 1st gen is worth $2000 even with the right seller I think it only has backwards for both ps1 & ps2 games.
But I believe that the slim is probably better, I made the mistake of buying a phat 3.55 with a broken blu ray drive and I can only put patches on.
I'm fixing it on the 10th so i'm good now, I hope.
