(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I have been using xploder for some time resigning game saves and never had any problems, until now.. I have got, what is labeled as, a Platinum save of Little Big Planet 1. Whatever I do I just can't get the game to recognize the profile as mine.

- I have selected "backup profile" for MY profile and copied that to USB.
- I used the Platinum Save files "0" and "1" from that save and added them to my own save.
- I started game and selected "restore profile" and got the "this is someone else's profile, trophies disabled"
- I then tried using xploder to move the edited profile from the right columb to the left and then back again to resign it. Then I tried importing that.. same result "not your profile data, trophies disabled"

How do I get a profile from someone else to work on my PS3?

I have got 37 of 70 of the trophies for LBP1 already and know that the hacked game save won't give me ALL trophies to Platinum and that some trophies have to be earned. But as I have earned a whle bunch I was hoping that perhaps the ones it pops are the ones I need to get Platinum.

Can anyone help me? How do I resign the save so it doesn't complain and say its not my profile? I am running OFW not CFW and I do have Xploder.

its not possible to use a save with littlebig planet 1 as the profile data is stored in the game data utilites and as far as im aware unaccessable for edit

But I read this old thread and it looks like it is possible *unsure*

It looks to be an issue with the patch... so uninstall the game to remove the patch.. reinstall the game but DON'T UPDATE the game! Then create a profile, back it up, export on usb to pc, use the "0" file (whats the "1" file for?), and drop into your own save, APPARENTLY no need to resign so just go back to the PS3, boot game importing profile backup from USB. Play each level once to pop all possible trophies per level.

BUT isn't there an issue with the "Profile Backup" in actual fact you want the "profile" itself.. or did I misread something?

Well I deleted everything to do with LBP1 off my PS3 and redownloaded the game from the PSN store. I grabbed a 100% completion LBP1 profile off of XPloder and used Xploder to resign it. I then copied it to my PS3 and started the game. I said NO to updating and it STILL says "Using someone else's profile"

So CONFLICTING methods!! Which one ACTUALLY works!?!

I've resigned LittleBigPlanet 1 Saves before, don't copy both '0' and '1' files, try copying only the '0' file, if that has no success then try copying only the '1' file (don't do both at the same time, 50/50 chance of working, either should work).

I do always select the "Import profile" option in game but still get the "other users profile" message

Also I tried copying only the "0" and tried copying only the "1" but then I get "corrupt" messages..

Here is a file I uploaded. Inside is MY Little Big Planet 1 game save and another of my save games (to help when resigning using xploder) could you please insert a hacked LBP1 game save and resign it for me please? I do have Xploder but it just doesn't seem to work for me with this game

Ok that's your Save, what Save would you like to have? Can you link me with one?

EDIT: I've just seen what's in the download, it's a huge mess. Here's what I need you to do:

-Go on your LBP Game as normal.
-While in the Pod, pause the game and then backup the current profile so it creates a Save on your PS3 menu.
-Send me this Save you just backed up (will only be one folder).
-Link me with the Save you want to have.

Is your Save the European Save in the download you gave?

I think your Save is the European one (you put a Resident Evil Save in there to confuse me :fa, I found a link to a Save for a hacked LBP Save, try this (I resigned it for you) :

That is exactly what I did.. I started a new game.. then selected "backup profile" and then copied that folder to my PC. There are 2 folders because ONE is my LBP1 game and the other is my Resident Evil Darkside Chronacles save, for when you resign the game (you need 2 saves when resigning don't you? *unsure*)
