Ok, to downgrade you should probably buy an E3 flasher as it had an easier installation I believe, to buy it you can go here, modchipcentral.com
Its located in Canada, but they ship to U.S. as I got my product from them in the U.S. As they are the sellers here and I believe they do worldwide.
And you cannot simply install a 3.55 cfw as the ps3 won't take firmwares below what you have.
And the TrueBlue dongle is for playing 3.60+ firmware games on 3.55, but Duplex cracked it and is releasing the eboots for those games so you.don't need it.
