Which Firmware Are You Running?

If you are on geohot, which you most likely are, switch. i had the same problem i then switched to 3.55 ofw then to kmeaws 3.55cfw. after that there was no problem. also if you get an error while trying to get back to original Firmware just put your system into safe mode, and make sure you have the update in this order on your usb (PS3/UPDATE/PS3UPDAT.PUP) or else the system will not recognize it.
