check your np enviroment settings and see if np enviroment has been set if not it will not allow you to sign in
EDIT: just read properly have you replaced the cert's again since you changed firmware? if not youll need to do that and you should be fine

I had the same problem. When switching from one FW to another FW, it undoes the certificate changes. Therefore, you will have to go back and change your CA27.cer again
