I have a ps3 CECHE01 its a fat 80gb, and apparently its NAND.

So my questions are:
1. Which E3 flasher do I need to buy.
2. What other things do I need to downgrade it (I heard I need a dongle?)
3. Is the E3 flasher for Nand solderless or not?
