Is it possible to downgrade from 4.11 to 3.55 WITHOUT E3 Flasher? HELP

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I have 2 ps3's. One is on 4.11 and the other is on the latest update.. i just need to know if it's possible to downgrade WITHOUT E3 Flasher.

Just Buy a E3 Flasher and do it yourself on as many PS3's as you want! Buying a 3.55 is waste of money in my opinion.
