hai, what you can do is if your ps3 is on a different internet type like (wired) than your computer try running it wireless and you computer wireless. then try that.

okay well, start up the patch blocker and type in what it says on ur ps3.
still no luck signing in just look for one on the website i linked, or i can host my patch blocker and send you my external ip and try typing that in ur ps3 see if it works.

I think i know the problem when setting up your ps3 network connection and you enter you ip and port in proxy settings, once you've done that keep clicking next untill it says save settings before you click that press "Start blocking" on your patch blocker then after that when it says test connection "Dont press test connection" just back out to the xmb and you should sign in bypassed worked for me.
