I did format a HDD via Debug settings , when formating was complete my HDD wasnt showing on the XMB!

If I pluged it back into my pc and lunched ps3gen I could see the 4 partions it's all good but I want to dedicate a certain space as fat23 to install pkgs from the same HDD. Is there a way?
