I had my console on DEX, and switched back to CEX on 3.55 now when I go on it it doesn't read discs, I get an error when trying to go to CFW, and I can't update through internet, please help!

You might want to try and Update back to the original 3.55 FW by going into recovery mode then after you updated back to the original 3.55, go back into recovery mode and update again, but to a CFW of your choice! Here is a video on how to go into recovery mode below, if this does not work maybe your BD drive is gone?

It won't update, it says no applicable update found while in recovery mode, and when I just try to do it normally it says, you can install updates from fireware 2.XX, and then just doesn't update.

Anything else I could do?

Have you tried restoring the file system and such in the recovery mode? What firmware are you updating to, The original 3.55?
