Sony doesnt give out console bans from what I hear,
They just ban you accounts.

Sony does give out Console Bans for Scamming accounts

I have a 3.55 PS3 and Sony said they are banning Playstations that are hacked. Which ID do they use to ban. And also if I get banned in Black Ops what ID do they ban with?
