probably not but i would think that if the keys are not changed on 4.25 and what not maybe but if we get a fully 4.21 cfw/jb we may get a downgrade 1 not sure

yes and no , and no you can not run homebrew apps on ofw of anything if they were signed with keys , you will need to buy a flasher to flash the fw onto your ps3 or wait for the devs to come up with a method to do it through software oh and idk if they will since ppl like to leak and then complain they dont do anything productive for the greater good
