i have tried both and both are good in their own way but i would suggest rogero's 4.21 cfw as it has a lot more hombrew signed and people have had for a couple days now and new stuff is being developed for 4.21 as for 4.30 the only benifit is being able to sign in but as for store access you can but it does not allow you to activate your system..
