I think it could be usefoul because if someone HiJack the own network, the person who hijack can change the ip and put an own server (like local server 192.168.1.3).

That IP is from your ISP and why is it showing on your network? Because you are accessing PSNs network with that ip

95.100.255.64 is your IP from your ISP
Whats writen on your box isn't important

What he meant was that, basically, it was a theory that it Could be possible to re-route connections to/from the PSN store to your own IP which pretends to be the store and gets you free stuff, or something, I'd assume.
