So I decided to solder Sbe to Tristrate and now ps3 wont stay on longer then 5 seconds in Flash fun mode or without flash fun mode can anyone help me ? Also I checked the clip is properly seated on MB

heh i have the same problem.... not only that i have a dodgy e3 flasher ... or mite be that spansion nor flash ..... just solider the sbe to the nor tristate, depends on what mobo u got (i had the dia002 or something, check ps3wiki/e3flasher on there thay have pics on where the tristate is on various motherboards) my problem however is, i have a 40gb ps3 fat with the dia 002 mobo backup whent fine (did 6) but however the ptached backup i made with flowrebuilder faild ... got to 3lights then error with all blinking lights = brick, any help or advice would be golden and any seating idea's for the clip itself would be wlcome!

check the backup and see if its valid also i used the tristate to ground point if that helps, quote me back if you need any help, also my ps3 is unbricked and working now feel free to close this topic mods
