One of them is offering me a Brand New PS3 Slim 120GB on 3.55 for $400 while another person is offering me a used PS3 (not used much) for $320. Which one should I choose? If I get the used one will it get any problems?

Dose it come with controllers or games?

If it comes with an extra controller and a few games then I would go for a new slim. But before I made the purchase I would want to see that the PS3 is running on 3.55 (in person, not in video or picture form). $AU 400 for the used PS3 is roughly the same for a new 500GB Super Slim, extra controller and Fifa 13. I assume you are buying it to put CFW on it and run back ups, so if I were you I would go for the new Slim. But before you pay the guy or anything make sure that you can see that it's actually running on 3.55 firmware to be sure.
