I bought the ps3 with KMEAW already on it so I don't know if the previous owner installed others before the KMEAW.
Can someone give me a rough guide of how and If I should go on the new rebug cfw. I was going to go on 3.55 OFW then upgrade to rebug.

Also on the 4.21 rebug can you data transfer? Like modded mw2 patches etc only asking because I saw someone say you can't. I realize these answers are elsewhere but I am only asking so I can be sure, better safe than sorry.

I suggest for you to just stay on Kmeaw, but if you did want to switch CFW then put your ps3 in recovery mode and install 3.55 ofw then whatever CFW you like best, i cant answer the 4.21 rebug question cuz i have only used there 3.55.3 rex

If you're currently on 3.55 kmeaw all you would need to do is qa flag your PS3 - Check that qa flag worked then install Rebug 4.21.1 from the XMB
If you don't know how to qa flag your console download "toggle_qa.pkg"
then run it.

To verify it worked move to network settings and press L2 + L1 + R1 + R2 + L3 + D-pad Down
if “Edy Viewer” popped up you're good to go.

I had 3.55 kmeaw CFW,I installed rebug 4.21 right over my cfw, I have no problems, just go to there website.
