Hello all.

I tried some searching before posting but didn't find an answer for this one. Got some partial answers in this thread for example "most saves that required a cfw to work should aslo work using xploder" You must login or register to view this content. .

I assume the problem with Xploder comes from copy protected saves. What are the indicators in a certain save that it won't work in Xploder? Can I use/resign CFW saves to get some trophies using Xploder and OFW PS3?

Thanks in advance.

So when I look at a savegame folder/files and they aren't clearly identified as CFW/OFW/Xploder, how do I identify if they will work or not, if that is possible? Is the only way I can be sure is by checking the list of copy protected games? Even here, we can find saves for the same games that do not have a description on how to use them.

That's what I figured, makes sense that some files are not present or different ones are when it's a CFW save.

Will have to make a dummy account for testing purposes and make sure I never forget to backup my stuff (underline this last one)

Have a great week.
