number of things, try resetting your video settings (same as how you access the recovery menu, just stop holding the button after the 1st beep when it turns back on), try a different hdmi/component/composite cable, try a different tv/tv port...other than that, not sure what to suggest...

I have never seen this. But I'm sure its something to do with the TV or the Video Settings. Google is your best bet mate & I know you'll say ' I've tried. ' but just keep searching mate or just keep trying things like fixing the wires on the back of the tv ect.
