No you cannot. The only way to get on 4.30 CFW is if you downgrade with an E3 Flasher.

oh it's cool i was gonna say if you know how to use PS3 MFW Builder v2 or v3 i was going to tell you can actually get *Install Package Files on 4.30 & 4.31 with a kiosk firmware and if you can able to fit this: on the kiosk firmware then we be able to install signed packages easily

even though *Install Package Files automatically comes bundled in the kiosk firmware orginally already to tell the truth, but the XMB Manager + + is a more addition to it to making it better for ofw users who are in the same boat as you are.

can you help me use this though cuz the psn is red so the rebug and kiosk not rebug so can you help me
