I've googled the code and it's a permanent console ban. I've tried to create a new account but the same error. I've patched my ConsoleID/PSNID multiple times and I've changed my country to EUR 0x85. But it don't work.

Ideas to unban?

You need a legit PSID and consoleID, cant just randomize it. unless you get super lucky but i doubt it.

No way to unban. Just data transfer or play offline with your mods (if you use them).
Just don't give up on your 3.55

UPDATE: I've tried to spoof my PSID/ConsoleID with PSID Patcher. If I changed it, there Isn't error 800A227. Now there is this error code: 800A224

the error change is due to having a non existant psid, recently sony have started using a different offset to ban ps3's (offset being an id somewhere in your nor/nand flash) so if someone can successfully find and patch this offset then we can unban our ps3's... although if you was ban before the recent ban wave you can chanage console id and psid for LEGIT UNBAN id's it WILL allow u to sign but as i said it has to be before the recent ban wave
