Now long story short, I have two PS3's both on the last firmware. Is it possible for me to downgrade my other PS3 so I can jailbreak it? Sorry for the noob question but im kind of confused on what my options are. I tried reading for a while but not really sure what I can do.

You need a flasher if you are on the latest FW update.
