he will need to spoof it to the latest firmware by using either a SEN or Fck psn and that will solve his problem hope i helped.

He updated to 4.31 lol, will he be able to down grade back to 3.55

oh

he wont be able to downgrade back to 3.55 unless he had a back up file from the custom firmware he had on.
