(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I really do not want to mess up another 3.55 PS3 so I am sorry if this is a noob question but I feel like there is more to updating to REBUG other than just updating from XMB via USB. Any links or just general information would be amazing!

Yea just copy rebug update on USB and update through XMB.

Is that really all? And how do I use the 999 Downgrader as I downloaded the file but it is a .PUP file?

That's if u want to go back to 3.55, there's a tutorial on how to downgrade your ps3 back.
