you need pkg toolkit, it lets you unpack pkgs and decrypt eboots/selfs. Google is your friend

ok, if you're going to be that moronic about it let me put it this way.
The ngu search thing is crap. Google brings up a direct download link @mediafire. Don't flame me for telling someone to search for something.
