First of all it isn't in Elite it was trashed. However you can still view a cached version of it. Mind you that the tutorial isn't good at all. It's missing several components which in turn will give you tons of errors.

Exactly. It's much easier than this tutorial makes it out to be.

Shame I missed this I would have enjoyed trying this out even though its using command line.
