My console is unbanned my console id if fine, but my son get banned for 5 accounts he cant create new one, and i need to change psid to create new psn account.

I downgrade to 3.55 rebug download PSID patch 1.6 it works i can randomise PSID but after i try to create new acc it says "YOU CANNOT USE PLAYSTATION NETWORK ROM THIS ACCOUNT" i change couple times still the same and im in ass :/
