the game folder is called GAMES or GAMEZ its about how much u have
but to mod gta4 u need to
download the 1.06 update pkg by pc
install the pkg
go to hdd -> game bles/blusxxxx -> and replace the update img
then start gta4 and let it install
congrats u now have acquired the modmenu
