I'm now considering getting it reballed and noticed there's a 4.30 cfw out but needs to be on 3.55, and I've noticed a lot of people are getting banned. Is this because of people updating to 3.60+ cfw of just simply hacking black ops 2 ?. Ive seen that people are saying because they are going online with 3.55, but I've been going online a lot before it got ylod. Can you give any advise on how I can not get banned but stay online and is it good or bad to update to 4.30 cfw.

Okay so here is what happened with my old ps3's. They were on 3.55cfw and I upped to rogero 4.30cfw I would play online all the time and host lobbies on 3.55 and never got banned I went onto 4.30 and soon after (month or two) was banned. I thought about what I could have done that sent the banhammer swinging over my head and realized I hosted lobbies on black ops and black ops zombies. This is what I personally think did it because it was the first day I was hosting for black ops and the next I was banned. Just my theory. I would get it fixed or fix it and upgrade personally. Just be careful and change your psid.
