on my 4.31 i get this error: (80010029)

on my 3.55 i get this error: (80024611)

i tried everything that i could, i even reset my CFW that didn't work at all so if anyone could help that would be nice.

BTW im transferring from my 3.55Kmeaw to 4.31OFW
