I have a 4.30 CECH-2001A PS3, I need to downgrade, or install a CFW.

All I need is to install a file manager.

I'm aware I will probably need an e3 flasher, can anyone send me a link to like the bare minimum I need.
I'm broke, and want to spend as little as possible.
I have a PS3Break v1.2 from before Geohots CFW if that helps.

I also have a spare hard drive that fits, but says "Cannot start. Appropriate system storage not found."

Any help that will get me closer to being able to install a file manager is appreciated.

Also, is it possible to get a ps3 hdd with 3.55 on it and put it in my PS3 and run it?
Like if I bought a broke ass PS3 that hasn't been updated since like 3.55, if I could take and use that hard drive instead..
