I have an OFW 4.31 and a CFW Rogero 4.30 v2.05

Because I've a console ban I can't play online and I know that I can transfer modded patches from my CFW to my OFW

Please don't come with answers like ''USE AN UNBANNER'' because that's not what I want to ask

But here is my question: Wich PS3 will be formatted? (because it says that you have to format the hard drive)

you format the hdd of your OFW ps3, so you can transfer patches, data, whatever to it from your CFW

And do I only have to format it ONCE, or do I have to format it every time I do a new data-transfer?

that i am not sure of. you can just try and if it works, it work, otherwise format

You will have to format it every time you data transfer. It automatically formats for you when you select to data transfer.
