They will ban ID's that are used by more PS3's and they will also ban ALL the PSN users that where online on that ID... a few weeks ago I modded MW2 for a couple of friends and they all got banned

More people are saying this so:

They ban the Console ID & all the people that have been playing online with that ID... Don't mod on your main account

realy i didnt know that what is the best way not to get ban do we need some of patches or anything that sont cant find out thx if you can help

Lesson learned... don't give out your personal Console ID.

No they are not banning for the use of Console ID spoofers, they are banning for the use of Custom Firmware. They then ban the Console ID you spoofed to, taking your account with you half the time. Its not the spoofer that gets you banned, its the use of the Console ID along with Custom Firmware.
