LOL, just tell me the way how to get them, tools needed etc. i will find it on my own i just need a few pointers.
its just, i dont trust ppl on the internet, how can i know that your arent selling mine id to ppl on other sites/forums besides ngu? i cant.

it would be easy if someone makes a tutorial on how to extract consoleid/psid from nand/nor dumped with multiman/e3/progskeet

or do i just need to open the backup.bin with HxM and find the proper offsets?
cfw 3.55 kmeaw, CECHE04

If you have both backups , the dex and the cex you can just open them both in a hex editor and compare them and it'll take you right to your ConsoleID/IDPS.

The bin that you made with cex2dex is the dex backup I was talking about but if you don't have it that's fine I'll still help and wont ask to see your IDPS lol.
The wiki says that your IDPS is at offset 0x00080870 but I found it at offset 0x00040870.

PS. You can get your PSID from a LV-2 memory dump, on 4.21 it's at 0x00477EB4 on 3.55 it's at 0x0045218C and on 3.41 it's at 0x00452174. I've not found it in a flash dump.
